What You’ll Do
Coach & Optimize – Monitor two sales calls per consultant per week, use scorecards, and deliver direct, actionable feedback.Drive High Performance – Issue Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and help your team exceed targets.Ensure Compliance – Align sales strategies with our luxury brand standards.Lead with Excellence – Work alongside the Director of Sales to build a team of top performers.

What You Need to Succeed
2+ years of B2C sales experience with a track record of high performance.1+ year of supervisory experience in sales or coaching.Strong communication skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.
