This is a high-impact role responsible for building and managing a pipeline of complex, high-value deals, working closely with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.At Validation Cloud, we’re shaping the future of blockchain infrastructure. Working alongside a top-tier team of experts, you’ll lead strategic sales efforts in a fast-moving, innovative industry, driving revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales engagements, from prospecting to closing, with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that expands Validation Cloud’s reach across the Web3 ecosystem.
- Build and manage a pipeline of complex, high-value strategic deals.
- Establish and deepen relationships with blockchain ecosystems, validators, and institutional partners to drive adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging revenue streams in blockchain infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, providing insights on market dynamics, competition, and client needs.
- Represent Validation Cloud at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
About You
- Experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth within blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure.
- A strong track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+) with blockchain foundations, institutions, or enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, validator services, staking, RPC solutions, and multi-product platforms.
- Experience working at a top Web3 company (e.g., blockchain protocols, infrastructure providers, or high-growth Web3 startups).
- Ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Skills:
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of blockchain infrastructure and its applications.
- Ability to develop and execute high-value sales strategies while managing long, complex deal cycles.
- Self-sufficient, highly motivated by performance-based success, and driven by revenue outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to industry events and client meetings.
