JOB SUMMARY
Role and Responsibilities
·Use data-driven insights to develop and implement Sales & Marketing Operations initiatives aligned with overall departmental goals.·Manage RFP responses to ensure consistent content and compliance with Radian processes and style guidelines.·Oversee management of Sales & Marketing technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce), with a focus on cross-functional workflows.·Own Sales & Marketing documentation process (internal and external) in SharePoint, and drive improvement in documentation process.·Drive development and maintenance of process documentation in SharePoint and Trainual.·Lead support of internal requests from the Sales & Marketing team and external requests from customers.·Drive team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Sales & Marketing Operations efforts.·Lead team-wide projects and activities.Drive resolution of problems of high complexity and cross-functional scope.·Support development and implementation of strategic direction and initiatives.·Develop team training, and train and mentor newer team members.·Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures and drive team based and cross-organizational process improvement.·Work cross-functionally with other Operations teams to ensure operations alignment and improve company business processes.·Travel up to 10% of your time.
Required Qualification & Education
·Proven expertise in Sales & Marketing Operations·Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management, CEOs, boards of directors·University Degree with 8-12 years of consultative sales experience
Required Skills & Competencies
·Self-starter with track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across departments.·Track record of leading RFP response process.·Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.·Demonstrated ability to dig in on the details when conducting Business Analysis, but then able to step back and create a vision of future state that addresses broad business needs.·Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.·Proficiency administering Salesforce and Marketing technology stacks.·Willingness and ability to travel.
Required Software Knowledge
·Expertise in standard MS Office and Adobe PDF toolsets.·Expertise with SharePoint, able to coach and mentor others.·Expertise with Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent), able to coach and mentor others.
Preferred Experience
·Experience in supporting sales and marketing of software and services B2B.·Experience managing complicated contract negotiations from a legal and commercial perspective.·Experience in the green energy or utilities domain.·Experience with a U.S. based company.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
·Ability to distill information and present it in an understandable manner appropriate for multiple audiences.·Demonstrated root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.·Strong coaching and mentorship of other team members.·Assists with training creation, process improvement.
Physical requirements
