About the role
We are looking for a Licensing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide deep domain expertise, handle complex licensing cases, and support training and compliance initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of state licensing regulations and the ability to troubleshoot issues while supporting operational efficiency.
Work Location & Mode:
This role is based in Hyderabad and requires the candidate to work from the office.
What you'll do
- Expert Guidance & Support:
- Serve as the go-to resource for licensing associates, answering complex queries.
- Ensure compliance with state medical board regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with complex license applications, escalations, and problem resolution.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Develop training materials & job aids to enhance team knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions on licensing regulations and best practices.
- Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new hires.
- Process & Compliance Monitoring:
- Regularly review licensing files for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify gaps in licensing processes and recommend improvements.
- Work with leadership to implement workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical licensing.
- Strong knowledge of state medical board requirements and licensing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Experience with IMLC, NLC, and multiple license types is a plus.
