About the Role


We’re looking for a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll partner with Senior Engineering and Product leaders to drive strategy discussions, lead planning and execution, and drive multiple large-scale strategic initiatives. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within our Technical Program Management organization. This group is responsible for supporting our product, architecture, and engineering teams, providing agile coaching and process governance, driving strategic engineering initiatives, and facilitating the essential interlocks needed for the success of the Product and Architecture organization.This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed.

Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities


  • Partner closely with senior Engineering and Architecture leaders on critical decisions, key initiatives, and customer commitments within the Infrastructure area
  • Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the platform product area
  • Lead the portfolio of work for the Infrastructure and Architecture teams, managing impediments, major risks, and dependencies to drive planning and execution each quarter
  • Lead teams in developing and managing a modern SaaS Infrastructure architecture while ensuring effective collaboration as a shared service for application teams
  • Drive crosscutting initiatives such as Gross Margin Reduction, Infrastructure and Platform Migrations, and Incident Management Improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key metrics for measuring success in planning, execution, and engineering productivity
  • Provide hands-on coaching to teams and individuals, guiding them through processes and best practices to drive alignment and efficiency within the Engineering organization
  • Catalyst in the R&D Operations Organization propelling us to continually improve and expand our operational capabilities
  • Ability to identify potential risks and assistant engineering leaders in developing mitigation strategies
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience in the same or similar role working within an R&D Operations Organization supporting a high-growth SaaS product
  • Experience working with software engineering and Infrastructure teams supporting cloud-native application builds
  • Seasoned professional in leading multiple large size and complex cross-functional programs from concept to completion
  • Expert in Jira with an understanding of engineering management platforms
  • Expert in developing scaling strategies and roadmaps aligned with Clari's goals
  • Leverage technical expertise in SaaS Infrastructure to understand key developments and drive the successful execution of initiatives
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe scaling frameworks at both the team and enterprise levels. Skilled in coaching individuals and teams to effectively apply Agile principles and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal presence with exceptional ability to influence, engage, and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive change agent who embraces challenges, adapts to new insights, and inspires teams with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • SAFe Planning experience: Hands-on involvement in PI Planning, driving cross-team alignment and ensuring successful execution of objectives
