About the Role:


The Revenue Operations Administrator (RevOps Admin) is an individual contributor role responsible for the technical and operational backbone of our Revenue Operations function. This role will own our RevTech stack, ensuring seamless integrations, accurate reporting, and clean data governance. The RevOps Admin will also serve as the first line of support for all inbound RevOps requests, ensuring fast and efficient execution of operational needs. This role will not have direct reports.

You will:


  • Own and manage the RevTech stack – Configure and optimize HubSpot, 6sense, Dialpad, Gong, and other revenue systems.
  • Ensure data integrity – Maintain clean, accurate, and structured data across all RevTech tools.
  • Oversee system integrations – Manage and oversee all integrations within the RevTech ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain reporting – Build, maintain, and deliver critical reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support marketing operations – Assist with marketing workflows, campaign data tracking, and system setup.
  • Manage RevOps request queue – Prioritize inbound RevOps requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Document and improve system workflows – Own process documentation and continuously enhance operational efficiency.

You Are:


  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy across systems and processes.
  • A problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges and improving workflows.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong aptitude for understanding and managing business software and integrations.
  • A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams.
  • Process-driven, always looking for ways to optimize and improve efficiency.

You have:


  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, with experience managing workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with additional RevTech tools (6sense, Gong, Dialpad, etc.).
  • Understanding of relational databases and experience managing large datasets.Strong analytical skills with experience working with business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
