Program Specific Details (dates, times, etc)


  • We have two opportunities upcoming, the ideal candidate will be available for both:
  • Cohort 1: June 18th - August 27th, virtual lectures will be held on Wednesday at 9 - 10:30 am UK time
  • Cohort 2: September 3rd - October 9th, virtual lectures will be held on Wednesday at 9 - 10:30 am UK time

Your impact 


Instructors play a key role in driving exceptional learning outcomes for Fellows that participate in Correlation One’s training programs.The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with superior communication skills and a good sense on how to provide a positive Fellow experience. This person is a quick learner, diligent with their work, and empathetic. Your driving motivation is helping Fellows learn the material taught during the program so that they can use their new knowledge & skills in the real world.Role instructing ~25 employees at a leading Private Equity firm in a live online classroom.

The instructor will be responsible for leading live lectures on a bi-weekly basis and providing learner support. The role is part-time, remote, and paid (compensation details below).

A day in the life 


  • Onboarding (Pre-Program) 
  • The instructor will need to meet and communicate with Correlation One prior to the beginning of the program to coordinate on the logistical details of teaching the program
  • Participate in Instructor onboarding sessions and review any onboarding materials before live sessions begin

  • Preparing for Live Sessions (During Program)
  • The instructor will need to review the program materials prior to the beginning of the program to familiarize themselves with the content and prepare themselves to lead the live sessions
  • The instructor will need to reach out to the Correlation One team if any additional meeting time is needed to go over live session content and prepare properly 
  • Attending Live Sessions (During Program) 
  • The instructor is required to attend and lead all live sessions
  • Live Sessions are virtual – taught over Zoom and other virtual learning technologies
  • There are 6 live sessions, each 90 minutes long (class schedule listed below)
  • Attending Graduation (During Program) 
  • The instructor is required to attend graduation and listen to the final presentations & provide feedback to the C1 team on projects/learners to highlight 
  • Learner Support (During Program)
  • Has time set aside each week (at least ~1hr per week) for learner appointments; learners can sign up on an as-needed basis via Calendly or other scheduling software.
  • Answer questions via email or office hour appointments related to live sessions content or project development if a learner asks you 
  • Review the student's project deliverables (2 total) and provide feedback on it via email

  • Ability to simplify and explain data concepts, as well relate them to business objectives

  • This role is remote and can be located anywhere, with the ideal candidate being located in Europe.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
