About the Role:


As the Customer Success Manager at Plooto, you will be responsible for managing and executing the onboarding process across a diverse customer base of small to medium sized business. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead efforts to ensure successful onboarding experiences, drive customer growth, and enhance long-term satisfaction. This role will focus on optimizing the onboarding journey, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.What You'll Do:

  • Manage and execute the onboarding process for various small to medium sized businesses, ensuring high-quality experiences and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to streamline and enhance the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive successful onboarding and adoption of Plooto's products among different customer profiles, focusing on maximizing customer value and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services, leveraging insights from the onboarding process and customer interactions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Plooto's SaaS solutions, setting the standard for effective engagement and sales practices.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continually improve the onboarding process and align product offerings with customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to foster collaboration and achieve mutual success.
  • Drive the development of new internal processes and initiatives aimed at optimizing the velocity and efficiency of customer onboarding.
  • Act as a champion for the customer voice within the organization, influencing product and marketing decisions based on onboarding experiences and customer insights.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably within the Fintech or Payments industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in conducting effective product demos and presentations that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, payment processes, and accounts payable/receivable practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in French would be advantageous.
