As we here at Bitrise continue to expand, we are looking for a
Business Operations Specialist to join our Quote to Cash team where you will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. If you're passionate about optimising operations and making a tangible impact, we want to hear from you!The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for securing and improving Bitrise quote to cash process, ensuring that order booking & revenue recognition runs smoothly, in line with our policy. This role will be a key point of contact between sales, finance, legal and backend functions, making sure that order specifics are properly set up and comply with our operational, financial and legal requirements.
Main responsibilities
- Order approvals and compliance control from operational, legal and pricing standpoints;
- Invoicing tasks along with setting up customer and product specific information in systems;
- Driving non-standard deals, revenue recognition and cash disputes handling;
- Periodic reporting and forecasting on sales, cash and tax related items;
- Active participation in month-end closes, AR reconciliation, provide reports for audits;
- Collaborating across the organization on quote & order processing, billing and collections;
- Staying up to date and implementing product, marketing initiatives and pricing changes;
- Operations owned system enhancements, driving simplification & standardization projects
Basic Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in order management or sales support role;
- Navigating through organizational and product complexity;
- Analytical, structured approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Attention to detail, experience in data and systems governance;
- Confident usage of spreadsheets` basic formulas & functions
- Comfortable in juggling parallel tasks at once;
What would Knock our Socks off
- Knowledge of SFDC and other CRM, subscription management & billing systems is a plus;
- Time spent in a diverse, international, start up/scale up environment
- Professional experience in SaaS, IT or Telecom industry
