We’re looking for a GTM Engineer / Growth Analyst to automate and scale Rutter’s GTM motion, leveraging AI and growth automation tools to build a system that operates at the scale of a 20+ person team with minimal resources.
What You'll Do
- Systematize and automate the GTM motion – Build repeatable, scalable, and AI-driven systems to streamline prospecting, demand generation, and outbound sales.
- Leverage AI and automation tools – Implement and optimize workflows using UnifyGTM, Clay, Outreach, Orum, SFDC and AI-powered automation to improve efficiency.
- Run data-driven GTM experiments – Identify and test new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation and iteration.
- Develop and optimize growth funnels – Use data to refine ICP/lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion processes to improve efficiency and drive new business.
- Measure, analyze, and refine – Own reporting and insights across GTM performance, attribution, and ROI of campaigns and automation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams – Drive alignment across functions to maximize pipeline generation and GTM efficiency.
Who You Are
- A systems thinker – You have a structured, process-driven mindset and can break down complex GTM motions into scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Growth-minded and data-driven – You know how to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate on what works to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience in growth marketing – Preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or API-based businesses with a focus on outbound, inbound, or PLG (product-led growth) motions.
- Familiar with modern GTM tools – You’ve worked with Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, UnifyGTM, or similar growth automation tools.
- Tech-savvy with AI-first automation skills – While programming skills aren’t required, you’re comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to maximize output.
