Are you ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced tech environment? As the GTM Operations Manager, you will manage the operating cadence, and lead processes and initiatives to optimize marketing and go-to-market operations—driving strategy, efficiency, and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Field Ops, Customer Experience, Product, and Business Operations to build and streamline operational processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and provide actionable insights that fuel strategic decisions.As a key member of the GTM Strategy & Programs team within the Office of the CMO, this role is integral to Cribl's GTM growth strategy, directly contributing to the company's ability to scale effectively and maintain a competitive edge.At Cribl, we are passionate about identifying key market trends and insights to unlock opportunities for customer and revenue growth.

You will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing and GTM processes, ensuring scalability, improving operational visibility, and fostering accountability around the metrics that matter most. You’ll use your analytical skills and operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing & GTM teams.

  • Manage cross-functional operating cadence: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes for marketing and GTM functions, aligning teams on priorities, goals, and metrics. Drive operational excellence by streamlining planning, prioritization, and execution. Examples include QBRs, all hands, business reviews, etc.
  • Optimize operations: Design and implement scalable processes that improve marketing and GTM effectiveness, ensuring visibility into performance metrics and actionable insights for leadership. Includes MBOs, quarterly planning, and measuring progress QoQ.
  • Projects & process improvement: Lead special projects that deliver transformative value to marketing and GTM organizations, tackling complex, ambiguous challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
  • Deliver strategic insights: Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing & GTM teams. Create compelling storytelling through data to support executive decision-making.
  • Support leadership and stakeholders: Collaborate with leadership to develop high-quality materials for key meetings such as QBRs, all-hands meetings, and other leadership forums.

As an active member of our team, you will bring:


  • Experience: 5–8+ years in Marketing, GTM, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS, or a fast-paced growth environment. Hands-on experience building and maintaining operating frameworks with the ability to derive insights and create compelling visuals to inform strategic decisions. MBA a plus!
  • Operational Expertise: Experience developing new operational processes, driving improvements, and managing our operating cadence. Ability to drive projects from end-to-end, and create processes to improve efficiency across teams and systems. 
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced analytical skills and experience working with metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to inform decision-making. Strong knowledge of the B2B lead lifecycle, revenue and pipeline metrics, and the overall customer journey.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of identifying and solving complex problems, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions. A passion for investigative problem-solving with the ability to analyze processes and data sets to implement solutions.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to executive audiences.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to navigate ambiguity, achieve positive outcomes, and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Work cross-functionally to align on shared objectives to achieve results, together.

Salary Range ($142,000 - $177,000)


The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
