Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Cambly's design work (including mini-programs, iOS, Android, Web, etc.), from design strategy to full process execution.Independently handle key projects in interaction design, lead the definition of visual style, optimize and collaborate on progress, and participate in user research and product requirements formulation throughout the process.Demonstrate strong aesthetic skills and systematic design capabilities; be familiar with interaction specifications and experiences across different devices and platforms.Possess a business perspective and experience-driven awareness, able to understand and participate in early-stage business planning, and meet business needs through in-depth understanding of the business and continuous exploration of user value.Conduct usability testing and evaluation of existing products, combining backend data, competitive benchmarking, user research, and other dimensions for comprehensive analysis, and formulate effective solutions.Job Requirements:
Fluent in spoken English, able to participate in full English interviews.At least 5 years of relevant design experience, including product design, UI/UX design, interaction design, or other design fields that require direct collaboration with engineers and product teams.Experience in designing multi-platform consumer products, including web design, mobile applications, and mini-program interaction design.Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.Proficient in using mainstream design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.Excited and motivated to work in a fast-growing startup environment.Bonus Points:

英文口语流利，能够接受全英文面试。5年以上设计相关经验，包括产品设计、UI/UX设计、交互设计或其他需要与工程师和产品团队直接合作的设计领域。具有C端产品的多平台设计经验，包括网页设计、移动应用以及小程序的交互设计经验。优秀的跨团队沟通和协作能力。熟练使用Figma、Sketch、Illustrator等主流设计工具。对在高速发展的初创公司工作充满热情和动力。加分项：
