Description
At-Bay is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, ongoing maintenance, improvement, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Infrastructure projects from proof of concept to implementation.
- Maintain IT Infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security compliance.
- Maintain Patch management and Zero-day patches for our macOS fleet.
- Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues on both an infrastructure level and employee issues (Helpdesk).
Requirements
- Service-oriented individual with a can-do approach, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- 4 years of hands-on experience as an IT System Administrator at a global SaaS-oriented tech company.
- Proven experience with IT & Security projects using up-to-date technologies.
- Must have good knowledge of modern SaaS concepts and protocols (SCIM, SSO).
- Experience with macOS MDM services.
- Experience with firewalls and network switches (e.g., Meraki, FortiGate) and a firm understanding of network concepts and principles.
- Experience with Bash Scripting.
- Experience in internal customer support & helpdesk.
- Information security-oriented and strives for well-architected infrastructure; knowledge of IT domains and innovative technologies.
- Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).

Familiarity with the following systems is a big advantage: Cato, Meraki, Google Workspace, AWS, GCP, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, Azure, Python.
