Sales Director
that will have a huge impact on the future growth of Greenlight. This role will be responsible for growing a pipeline and team of AEs that focuses on selling our best-in-class software to community banks. This player-coach role will lead the strategic direction and management of the community bank sales engine to fine-tune, optimize, scale and successfully help the company meet its short and long term objectives.This role will report to the SVP of Business Development & Sales.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and grow a motivated team of Account Executives to drive success Create and execute strategies to expand our reach across new accounts.
- Support the team in deal design, strategy execution and closing tactics to satisfy customer objectives and deliver exceptional value.
- Collaborate and coach the team to ensure high levels of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
- Support monthly & quarterly reporting to executive leadership and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory.
- Collaborate with teams in Sales Enablement, Demand Generation Marketing, Partner Operations, Partner Success, and Pre-Sales Engineering, to create and implement best practices for credit unions for your team
What you should bring:
- 5+ years of successful sales management experience in a fast growing SaaS company.
- Experience selling in the technology field, experience in financial services and specifically banking is preferred.
- Data driven and comfortable utilizing sales CRM tools.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Success in building, growing and managing highly prolific sales team.
- Customer Focused – personally demonstrated that both external and internal stakeholders are a high priority by identifying, and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Initiative – Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them by looking for a new and productive ways to make an impact
- Innovative Thinking – Embraces and champions new ideas and encourages others to do likewise
- Bachelor's degree required
