What You Will Do


Do you love being on the cutting edge of marketing technology and using it to drive pipeline? The marketing operations manager at Alchemer plays an essential role in the execution and optimization of marketing programs with an eye toward trends and new techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for the back-end design and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive pipeline. You will manage systems within the marketing and company tech stack to optimize campaign delivery, increase lead flow, track multi-touch attribution, measure campaign ROI, and end-to-end project management to ensure all marketing programs move forward effectively.By continuously evaluating and enhancing marketing activities to ensure marketing program and campaign alignment with company growth objectives, provide training and support, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's marketing efforts.

How You Will Spend Your Days


Marketing Operations and Program Management: 


  • Project manage all marketing programs and campaigns including those for demand generation, growth marketing and product marketing, ensuring all deliverables are completed on-time.
  • Manage all aspects of Pardot including creation and execution of email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows, lead flow, tracking, reporting, etc. to contribute to MQL and SQL conversion goals. Use A/B testing to improve results across all activities.
  • Maintain lead management processes, including lead scoring and sales alerts, to support marketing and sales revenue goals.
  • Lead multi-touch attribution programs to create more detailed tracking of lead flow through the sales / marketing funnel.
  • Regularly analyze data and audit dashboards to identify ways to improve conversion rates and velocity of lead flow.

Marketing Tech Stack and Vendor Management: 


  • Liaise with technology vendors and lead generation program vendors (content syndication, brand awareness, etc) to ensure cost-effective and results-driven marketing initiatives
  • Identify, implement, and manage marketing technologies, including marketing automation, project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics software (Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, Domo, etc)
  • Provide training and support to marketing staff on using marketing software and following technology standards

Data Management and Analytics


  • Track key performance indicators, analyze marketing data, and provide insights to drive data-driven decision making
  • Optimize performance by continuously evaluating and enhancing the efficiency of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives

What We're Looking For


  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and project management for Software as a Service and B2B.
  • Experience using Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, DOMO, Ansana. Certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent analytics and data management skills.
  • You must be a thinker and a doer, willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Skilled at working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $90,000 - $115,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and participation in our Employee Participation Unit Program.Alchemer provides a rich benefits package that includes health and disability coverages, an incredible 401(k) option that includes a per-payroll match and immediate vesting, unlimited time off and eleven paid company holidays.Alchemer is taking applications for this position from candidates who are legally authorized to work in the US and do not require now, or in the future, immigration sponsorship for work authorization.
