As we continue to grow rapidly and expand across multiple channels, we’re looking for a Multi-Channel Logistics Associate (Multi-channel Operations Associate) to help us support the day-to-day operations and channel management of varying marketplaces and wholesale relationships.
About the job:
For our Cluj office, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Multi-channel Operations Associate to join our supply chain team. This role will support our Multi-channel Operations Manager in:
- overseeing and processing orders from multiple distribution channels (D2C, marketplace, wholesale),
- ensuring timely accurate handling across our ERP and EDI systems,
- managing daily exceptions,
- working on continuous process improvement to minimize manual touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain, with a passion for cause-and-effect analysis and enthusiasm for learning new things through a diverse set of ad hoc projects. This role will report to the Operations Manager. This role will requires availability to work from 11 AM to 8 PM (RO time) to handle all the order-related inquiries and help the customer experience team before the same-day cut-off (1 pm EST = 8 PM RO time).
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Marketplace & Wholesale order processing: Manage and verify orders from multiple channels, ensuring they are processed accurately and timely in all systems - ERP, EDI & WMS.
- Logistics Coordination: Support outbound logistics operations, collaborating closely with our 3PL provider, carriers, and marketplace & wholesale partners to maintain efficient workflows and resolve daily exceptions
- Amazon oversight: Manage replenishment and internal shipments, removal of returns, SKU exceptions, and investigate and resolve Amazon inbound shipping issues.
- Data Management: Use Excel to manage and monitor operational performance of all channels, and maintain Ana Luisa compliance standards with delivery, returns, and order processing SLAs of all existing and future partners.
- Ad Hoc projects: Coordinate & manage special projects - from new partner onboarding to writing SOPs for our 3PLs to supporting channel-specific testing of new programs and services.
What You’ll Bring:
- preferred 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles
- Experience working in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
- Proficiency in Excel or BI tools for data management and reporting
- Familiarity with ERP (WMS/OMS) and EDI is a must
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
