Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar!As a Sr. Creative, you'll be a key player in our creative engine, conceiving and crafting ideas that fuel viral social media content and campaigns. You'll possess a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and the power of creative storytelling. You'll be a master of both art direction and copywriting, capable of bringing your ideas to life across various platforms and formats.Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation & Concepting:
- Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts that capture attention, spark conversation, and drive engagement on social media.
- Translate brand strategies and campaign objectives into compelling content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Art Direction & Copywriting:
- Demonstrate expertise in both art direction and copywriting, crafting visually stunning and impactful content across various formats.
- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence in all aspects of social media content and campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration & Implementation:
- Support Associate Creative Directors and Directors in implementing messaging frameworks and visual identities that serve as the foundation for social media content and campaigns.
- Mentorship & Team Development:
- Mentor and manage junior creatives and content creators, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and inspire innovative creative output.
- Work closely with other creatives, producers, videographers/photographers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life and create dynamic content and campaigns.
- AI & Workflow Optimization:
- Effectively leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance and streamline copywriting and design workflows, maximizing efficiency and creative output.
- Production Support:
- Support on-site productions, providing creative direction and ensuring the capture of high-quality visuals for social media content and campaigns
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Contribute to presentations with key stakeholders within brands, effectively communicating creative concepts and securing buy-in for innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a creative role (plus if within an agency setting), with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in art direction, copywriting, and concept development for social media.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven ability to concept and execute creative ideas that translate into successful social media campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and content creation tools.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
- A passion for social media and a desire to create impactful content that drives results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior creatives is a plus.
