As we scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Market Business Development Executive to drive pipeline growth and create qualified opportunities within our Mid-Market segment (contract values ranging from $38,500 to $1M ARR). This is a growing line of business for us, and we need someone who thrives in building and refining a business development process. This role focuses on proactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects to fuel the sales team’s success.This is an in-office role at

Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.


What You’ll Own & Influence


🔹 Drive Mid-Market Lead Generation & Build the Playbook


✔️ Generate High-Quality Mid-Market Leads – Source, qualify, and engage property management companies with contract values ranging from $38,500 to $1M ARR.✔️ Develop Multi-Channel Prospecting Strategies – Use outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and networking to drive pipeline growth.✔️ Engage & Influence Decision-Makers – Identify and connect with Brokers, Owners, C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors to generate interest in Property Meld’s solutions.✔️ Refine the Business Development Process – Help optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and qualification criteria to improve pipeline conversion rates.✔️ Use Data to Drive Outreach Efforts – Leverage CRM insights, industry trends, and prospecting analytics to improve targeting and engagement.✔️ Partner with Sales to Ensure Seamless Handoffs – Work closely with Account Executives to transition highly qualified leads into active sales opportunities.✔️ Meet & Exceed Monthly & Quarterly Lead Goals – Consistently generate a strong pipeline that supports revenue growth.

  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), prospecting tools, and data analytics to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • You measure success through conversion rates, engagement metrics, and pipeline health.

Compensation & Benefits


💵 On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Lead Gen Bonus Potential: Up to $43,200
  • Closed Revenue Bonus + Quarterly Goal Bonus: Up through $46,500
  • Total Opportunity: $150,000 +
