About the Role:
Smartbridge is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to spearhead project management initiatives for a client in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week, with some weeks requiring 5 days onsite based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Implement project governance frameworks, aligning with PMBOK and Agile/Sprint methodologies.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive project execution, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to deliverables.
- Support project audits and quality assurance processes, ensuring alignment with TAC 216 Framework (preferred).
Required Qualifications:
- PMP Certification – Active and in good standing.
- Strong experience with Agile and Sprint methodologies.
- Expertise in PMBOK standards for project management.
- US Citizen – Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX, a minimum of 3 days per week, with some weeks requiring 5 days onsite. No expenses for travel or relocation are offered for this position.
- TAC 216 Framework experience is a big plus.
