About the role 


We are seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to manage the full EMEA Commissions process, from SIP letter distribution to Payroll submission. The EMEA region consists of multiple products and teams, requiring a proactive and organized approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in commission operations. The role offers you a great opportunity to have a significant impact, and to challenge the status quo, relating to automatization and improving processes. This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be reporting to VP FP&A EMEA and collaborating closely with Sales VPs, Regional CFO, and Payroll teams. This is a position with an initial contract of one year, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. 

Key Responsibilities:  


  • Prepare and distribute SIP letters for signing once quotas are finalized. 
  • Accurately calculate and process quarterly commission payouts, ensuring transparency and precision. 
  • Collaborate with Sales VPs to review and validate commission data. 
  • Submit finalized commission reports to the Payroll team for timely processing. 
  • Deliver clear and detailed commission statements to sales employees. 
  • Adjust operational GP data, incorporating credit notes, FX adjustments, and bad debt to ensure accuracy. 
  • Monitor and track monthly quotas, providing key insights into performance. 

Requirements 


To be successful in this role you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience from Commissions in a large company. You thrive in managing commission processes across multiple products and teams and have strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proven experience in commission calculations, financial data analysis, and quota tracking. 
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, organizing information effectively to derive key insights. 
  • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. 
  • Experience in the following systems is a plus: Aaro, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP by Design, Great Plains, Netsuite  
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
