Role Overview: Mid-Level Software Development

This position involves undertaking the development, enhancement, and optimisation of sophisticated software solutions. Collaborating closely with both senior developers and project stakeholders, you will play a vital role in coding, analysis, and deployment processes that drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for a Mid-Level Developer

Develop high-quality software design and architecture aligned with business goals.
Identify, prioritise, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
