This role will be responsible for overseeing processes, systems, and analytics that drive revenue growth while managing a team focused on the administration of go-to-market systems, data analytics, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong project manager, and an effective people leader who can align cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and scalability in our go-to-market operations.</div><div><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Lead and manage the Revenue Operations team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.</li><li>Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for revenue operations, optimizing processes and systems to support business growth.</li><li>Oversee the administration and enhancement of Salesforce and other GTM tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Define and track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage projects related to system implementations, integrations, and process enhancements.</li></ul><div><strong>What You'll Need</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.</li><li>Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, and workflow automation.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing cross-functional initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>PMP or Scrummaster Certification preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We Value<br></strong><br>&nbsp;At Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), we value a growth mindset and seek high-performing, creative individuals who dig into problems and see the opportunities for success.<br><br>We value those who believe improvement is always possible.
