Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled MIS and IT intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be a student currently enrolled in a relevant program with a basic understanding of programming, operating systems, and excellent communication skills. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work on various tasks related to IT support, website development and maintenance, and network management, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional environment.-

Responsibilities

Support hardware, software, and network-related issues, sometimes using a command line interface (Powershell for Windows, Terminal for macOS).

Process and manage system or resource access requests.

Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal web applications using Python, Django, and JavaScript.

Assist in maintaining and monitoring network systems.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or master's program, majoring in Information Management, Information Technology, or related fields.

Basic programming skills, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Django framework preferred.

Basic understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems to solve daily IT operations.

Good communication skills in Chinese and English (both verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
