Ad Tech Product Manager


As an Ad Tech Product Manager, you will be the linchpin in a successful partnership with our preferred DSP partners.  You will be the primary interface between our DSP partners and our internal team members.  You will work closely with our Data Science, Ad Tech Product, Engineering and Growth teams. As an Ad Tech Product Manager you will bring your broad understanding of user acquisition mechanics and how to best leverage technology in the mobile in-app advertising.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch UA and monetization efforts with specific enhancements based on DSP’s unique insights and data. 
  • Identify opportunities and build roadmaps to leverage DSP data to drive competitive advantage for both UA and monetization teams.
  • Facilitate the storage and use of DSP data across the DSP Growth Organization by developing data feature store in partnership with Data PM
  • Drive first-party direct sales, cross promotion and custom sales opportunities through enablement such as IO pipeline, customer reporting interface and acct management coordination
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch DSP features and products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in coordination with Senior Ad Tech Product Manager
  • Assist the Senior Ad Tech Product Manager in creation of MWX exchange features and enhancements to generate supply path optimization and continuous revenue improvement.
  • Evangelize and become the internal champion of the DSP partnership effort increasing internal knowledge and engagement among multiple disciplines  
  • Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of DSP data and insights
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data product management

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years in product manager role, preferably within advertising (directly responsible for feature roadmap)
  • Strong partner management skills and deeply versed on data/features
  • Detail oriented, analytical and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work productively with others in a highly collaborative manner
  • Strong project management and/or game production experience
  • Track record of utilizing analytics to inform decision making
  • Strong technical knowledge, ability to read/understand code and can help troubleshoot issues

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands.

This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $150,000-$175,000.
