As an Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations as well as key initiatives, ensuring we deliver excellence to our clients and achieve key project milestones. What you will be doing:
- Conduct market research on digital asset trends and analyse their implications for our insurance products.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, including business development, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribute to the crafting of the company’s overall strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives. This role may also involve contributing to various operational areas on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist in client onboarding by processing business inquiries, performing KYC / AML checks and reviewing operational documents as part of the business development process.
- Be responsible for client record management by organizing and maintaining our internal systems and database.
