We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Operations Partner to partner with our CEO and take ownership of important tasks that'll directly impact the company's success.This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

🧑💻 What you'll do
- Exec support: Partner with the CEO to maximise their impact by managing their calendar, inbox, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and occasional personal admin.
- Operations: work alongside our Head of Operations to support on tasks like onboarding new joiners, assist with finance operations like expenses and payroll, organise team socials and more.
- Run strategic projects: initiate and own projects from day one that will accelerate our goals.
- Office Management: Ensure our office is well-stocked and maintained, and manage vendor relationships.
❤️ About You
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a start-up (or similar enviornment).
- You're proactive, independent, adaptable, positive and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience in an operations roles such as People Operations or Talent.
- Have been an EA to a founder before.
