The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Business Officer (CBO). This role will be instrumental in supporting the CBO’s daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling critical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can anticipate needs before they arise. This is an in-office role based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CBO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination.
Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CBO, including prioritizing, forwarding, and drafting responses as needed.
Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.
Support special projects and initiatives led by the CBO.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to maximize efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup, media, or tech environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and calendar management tools.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
