About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic

Communications Associate to join our Communications team. This role supports all departments and works on both short-term and long-term projects across the company. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance Passes' business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the social media team to craft engaging, compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
Update and manage blog posts, working with internal teams, agency partners, and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support all aspects of communications across the company, including both internal and external messaging needs.
Work with external partners on scheduling, strategy, and execution of communication initiatives.
Support all public relations initiatives.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a professional communications, marketing, or content-related role.
Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and pivot to support evolving business needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners is a plus.
