Job ScopeReview and analyse open Sales Order and forecast for preparation of material requirementTo plan and buy the raw material with buffer stockIssue Work Order and liaise with supplier and internal team where requiredClose monitor and track production schedule to meet delivery requirementReview, escalate & track material shortages to ensure material availability to support production buildDrive and be responsible for accurate stock purchase so as to reduce excess and obsolescenceTo submit update and report on material planningAttend meeting when requiredRequirementDiploma in Supply Chain/Business/Production/ManufacturingKnowledge of MS Office and ERP systemsMinimum 2 years experience in planning or buyingAble to communicate and write wellGood analytical and problem-solving skills
