Compensation:

This position offers a professional fee of up to INR 500 per hour for 15 hours per week, with a maximum monthly earning potential of INR 30,000.

About Us:

Mercy For Animals India (MFA) is a leading animal rights organization dedicated to promoting compassionate food choices and ending animal cruelty. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward through engaging and impactful social media content.

Job Description:


Responsibilities:


[60%] Content Creation:


  - Develop and curate engaging daily content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads.  - Write compelling copy/script for posts and videos that align with MFA India’s mission and brand voice.  - Craft and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.  - Assist with basic WordPress updates and blog posts.  - Write and publish blog content that supports our mission and campaigns.

[20%] Community Engagement, Monitoring & Reporting:


  - Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.  - Engage with other brands, plant-based celebrities, and influencers to build relationships and amplify our reach.  - Monitor and manage online conversations about MFA and relevant topics.  - Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools.  - Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on social media metrics, trends, and campaign performance.  - Utilize insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

[10%] Influencer Marketing:


  - Identify and track influencers who align with MFA’s brand values.  - Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to promote MFA’s initiatives and campaigns.  - Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.  - Develop content strategies that leverage current trends and resonate with our target audience.

[10%] Email Marketing:


  - Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using MailChimp or Pardot.  - Design and write email content to engage and grow our subscriber base.

Requirements:


Experience:  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.  - Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.

Skills:


  - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.  - Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation tools.  - Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Pardot.  - Basic understanding of WordPress for blog management.  - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
