Conversational Designer/Engineer- Remote - Latin America

Azumo is currently looking for talented Conversational Designers to join our team and help design cutting-edge chatbot solutions.

This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of experts in conversational AI and SaaS platforms. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective chatbot experiences, ensuring seamless user interactions and high-quality conversational flows.

Responsibilities:

Design conversational flows and dialog structures for chatbots, ensuring a natural and intuitive user experience.
Provide examples of phrases and responses that users might say and how the bot should respond.
Define user paths, decision trees, and potential continuations in conversations.
Collaborate with the client’s team to integrate conversational designs into their platform.
Continuously refine and optimize chatbot interactions based on user feedback and testing results.
Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience living or working abroad, particularly in English-speaking countries.
Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
Background in linguistics, language teaching, copywriting, or a related field.
Strong critical thinking skills (65% or higher in standardized assessments).
High cognitive ability
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical tools and platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric conversational experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in conversational design, UX writing, or chatbot development.
Familiarity with AI platforms or chatbot tools.
Experience working with US-based clients or in an international environment.
5 + years in language teaching, copywriting, or technical writing.

This is a remote position
