THE ROLE


Ensure that our clients are happy by supporting the Partnership team in communicating client needs and feedback, maintaining visibility across client deliverables, and finding innovative ways to showcase the work that Archer’s team is doing to help our client’s reach their goals. It's the account manager’s responsibility to communicate proactively, and often, with client partners and the internal project team, and most importantly, the Partnership team to ultimately ensure we're exceeding expectations

THE RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Manage existing partnerships with less complex steady state scopes (1-2 service areas) 
  • Uncover client goals, needs and challenges that we need to solve and effectively communicate them to the internal project team to help inform strategy 
  • Communicate proactively
  • Ask the right questions in order to understand client concerns 
  • Set and manage client expectations throughout the life of a project
  • Regularly illustrate Archer’s value and impact
  • Own the prep, scheduling and client coordination of recurring and ad hoc calls, including agenda development, note taking and assigning actions as needed 
  • Support the creation of team documentation and process collaboration, as well as client-facing resources 
  • Manage client deliverables and communication of assets in appropriate project management/delivery system 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Archer products & services and how they all work together Develop general knowledge of the strategy development process, strategic template and project charter

LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES


  • Monthly client invoicing

THE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+years of digital marketing experience and/or client management experience. 
  • Proven experience supporting multi-dimensional, highly complex projects 
  • Proven experience with reporting and supporting deliverable throughput needs 
  • Some understanding of marketing strategy and execution 
  • Ability to speak confidently with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • General knowledge of SEO, paid media, digital PR, content marketing 
  • General knowledge of project management; process and workflow management;
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategy development; reading, understanding, and analyzing marketing reports 
  • Comprehensive knowledge: client management and satisfaction

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 


  • Project management experience 
  • Higher education experience 
  • OPM experience 
  • Experience with Asana

WORKING CONDITIONS 


  • Minimum travel requirements (1-2 trips per year)
