Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer related questions or assistance. All phone calls will be recorded. Who You Are

  • 1+ yrs of inside sales experience (strong presence on phone and email with customers)
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ambition, self-discipline, and a commitment to both personal and professional development.
  • Confident, energetic, and skilled communicator.
  • Team player, who excels in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Driven by a competitive spirit and a passion for success!

  • Experience working in the veterinary space is a plus. 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Engage with customers/prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales.
  • Leveraging various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more
  • Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day along with sending emails to Veterinarians introducing to them the value of Otto
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals
