We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer specialist in Salesforce CRM. This team will play a key part in supporting the growth of our Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in revenue).Mindera functions with a flat organizational structure and minimal hierarchy. We promote self-organization and do not adhere to rigid job titles, cultivating a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and collective ownership of projects.

Requirements


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
  • QA Expert in the Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with automation testing.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
  • Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for setting up and optimising their eCommerce platforms.
  • Helping recruit for our growing team in Vietnam.
