We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer specialist in Salesforce CRM. This team will play a key part in supporting the growth of our Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in revenue).Mindera functions with a flat organizational structure and minimal hierarchy. Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
- QA Expert in the Salesforce CRM
- Experience with automation testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
- Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for setting up and optimising their eCommerce platforms.
- Helping recruit for our growing team in Vietnam.
