Monday - Friday, Saturday as scheduled
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + $2,000 Starting Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Train at our Detroit facility for approximately 90 days before assuming full responsibilities.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.
- Assist with new production line installations and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain organized, safe work areas and detailed maintenance records.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills for packaging machines, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
- Welding and finishing skills (a plus).
- Prior experience in food manufacturing (highly preferred).
