TouchBistro is looking for a 
Salesforce Architect to join our highly motivated Internal Systems team. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a technical leader and subject matter expert, ensuring the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce applications meet business needs while maintaining platform integrity, security, and scalability in all our environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, AI..).

What You'll Do


  • Architect & Design: Develop high-level architecture and design for Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Salesforce environments, leveraging standard and custom applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, AI).
  • Solution Development: Oversee the development of highly customized applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including security, compliance, and deployment strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, security, and data integrity while implementing improvements when required.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, process flows, user/maintenance manuals, testing and release management. Provide technical leadership and training to internal teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and guide the internal team on Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

What You Bring


  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Certified Technical Architect is a plus).
  • Extensive Salesforce Experience: At least 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Strong Configuration & Administration Skills: Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Development.
  • Advanced Development Skills: Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Apex triggers, workflows, process automation, and declarative tools.
  • Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integrating with external platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Security & Data Governance: Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data sharing, and role hierarchies.
  • Agile & DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Copado, or other DevOps solutions for Salesforce.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical challenges.
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership: Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and lead teams effectively.

Nice To Haves:


  • Experience in Microsoft Web Development (C#, .NET, SQL Server) or other backend development technologies.
  • Experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, and other web design technologies
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) in Salesforce implementations.
  • Previous experience in enterprise-level system architecture and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven Salesforce solutions (Einstein AI, predictive analytics, etc.).
  • Bachelor's’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and listening skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
