We're hiring an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the AR and AP teams, ensuring timely and accurate creation of customer invoices and corresponding collections as well as the processing of vendor bills and related payments
- Monitor existing accounts to resolve outstanding issues with vendors and customers
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures for AR and AP functions
- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Manage the employee expense report and reimbursement process
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and financial controls
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial audits
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
- Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related financial roles
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly the receivable and payable modules
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management system
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective mentor, leadership, and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
