About the role


We're seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Senior Coordinator position on our Client Operations team.  As an Sr. Coordinator, you’ll work closely across REQ’s teams to deliver top results to our clients. What you'll do


  • Collaborate across teams and coordinate meetings with internal team members and clients
  • QA deliverables to ensure they are of the highest quality
  • Manage day-to-day activities and assist account leads on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, and developing timelines in our project management tool, Wrike
  • Develop and manage complex project timelines with necessary dependencies
  • Translate scopes of work into detailed project plans with planned hours allocated to assigned team members
  • Serve as the technical PM on website projects working alongside a Client Service account lead, managing it from Discovery through QA and launch.
  • Always strive to refine our process, find efficiencies, and improve cross-team collaboration.
  • Coordinate team resource allocation and assist team leads and CO team members with managing long-term bandwidth across creative, tech, and analytics teams.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in, and passion for, branding, digital marketing, search, social media, user experience, and technical development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience in WordPress or Drupal
  • Some exposure to HTML and/or CSS is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics is required, and GA4 Certification is a plus
  • Experience with Wrike, Salesforce, and Slack is a plus
  • Knowledge about social media and Google advertising is a plus
