What will you do?
- You'll handle all incoming and outgoing mail, making sure it’s sorted and sent on time.
- You'll keep the office stocked with everything from snacks to essential supplies, so no one goes hungry (or without a pen).
- You'll be creating a welcoming workspace vibe, making it a place where people enjoy to be.
- You'll handle invoices and payments with service providers, keeping our finances in check.
- You'll make newbies feel at home by preparing welcome packs and giving office tours.
- You'll act as the go-to contact for suppliers and building management, handling communication smoothly.
- You'll ensure the office runs seamlessly by coordinating repairs, maintenance, and any unexpected hiccups.
- You'll support the Office Manager with daily operations, helping keep everything on track.
We might be a match if you…
- Have some experience in coordination work (whether in a past job or even in student organizations).
- Can get along with people easily and keep things organized without breaking a sweat.
- Are tech-savvy, especially with tools like Google Sheets, and know how to make work smarter, not harder.
- Have a self-starter attitude and a “consider it done” mindset.
- Stay flexible and roll with the punches when things change unexpectedly.
- Have a creative touch for improving office spaces and making them feel even better.
- Have a good command of English (written & spoken), and fluent Polish.
- Please note this is an in-office position (Warsaw, Nowy Świat). We’ll need you around in the mornings (9 am - 1 pm), but we’re flexible and can adjust your schedule a bit. However, being present during office hours is pretty important! :)
