We deliver peak performance and expert service at every turn. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, primarily based in Vietnam.
Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of user-facing applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will take ownership of frontend architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and drive projects to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development efforts, making architectural and technical decisions to ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to transform UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with Backend Engineers to integrate APIs efficiently, ensuring smooth data flow and system reliability.
- Own the frontend codebase, continuously improving it through refactoring, performance optimizations, and adoption of new technologies.
- Mentor and support junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility, optimizing web applications for different devices and screen sizes.
- Implement and maintain automated testing for frontend components to ensure reliability and regression-free releases.
- Drive technical discussions and provide input on the product roadmap, identifying areas for frontend innovation and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our frontend stack modern and efficient.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management solutions like Redux.
- Familiarity with backend integration using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with component libraries
- Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications using cloud platforms (AWS or Firebase).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Proven experience leading projects and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in EV charging, IoT, or energy tech is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Python) is a bonus.
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and accessibility (a11y) best practices.

- Hybrid role based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City preferred).
