About the Sales Operations Associate Opportunity


At PartySlate, the Sales Operations Associate plays a crucial role in optimizing sales operations through process improvements, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. By using data-driven insights and systematic thinking, you will create scalable solutions that support sustainable growth.This role offers exposure to various parts of the business, working closely with senior leadership and other departments to align sales strategy with broader company goals. For those in the Chicagoland area, this position will follow a hybrid work model.Annual Salary Range: $55k - $70k USD

Responsibilities


  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and complete sales data in HubSpot, enforcing data hygiene best practices
  • Develop Scalable Sales Processes: Work with relevant stakeholders to build scalable inbound and outbound sales processes.
  • Tools & Process Ownership: Serve as the sales team’s subject matter expert on processes, tools, and HubSpot, providing training and support to ensure best practices
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to ensure efficient and aligned sales operations
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials in collaboration with revenue operations and product marketing to support the sales team
  • Enhance Sales Tools: Assist the Senior Revenue Operations Manager in managing and optimizing the sales tech stack
  • Subscription Management: Collaborate with Finance Team on managing subscription management platform

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, operations, analytics, or a similar role
  • Systems thinker–you like breaking down problems into parts and learning how the world worksStrong analytical skills, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., modeling, data analysis)
  • Proactive in identifying areas of opportunity, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Embraces a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and pursuing continuous learning
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey insights and drive process improvements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organization and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), with admin-level knowledge as a plus
  • Experience with other sales software (e.g., Gong, Clay) is beneficial, but not required
  • Familiarity with core business functions in a B2B tech environment (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations)
  • Understanding of sales operations initiatives such as forecasting, territory planning, and KPI setting
