The position is charged with working alongside the sales team to take reservations, service inbound calls, manage service issues, coordinate the production of marketing materials, organize reports, and other assignments that are critical to the sales process at Mayflower Cruises & Tours.This is a great entry-level Administrative Role with room for growth and advancement! Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers as assigned
- Respond to Customer, Business Development Manager, and Tour Manager inquiries promptly
- Learn company sales practices, reservations, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain account profiles, ensuring complete and accurate contact details
- Data Entry
- Report directly to the Inside Sales Manager on a regular basis on related projects
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administration a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
