Job Description


We are seeking a Data Architect to join our team to work with cutting-edge technologies and interesting companies in a wide variety of fast-paced and exciting environments. You will work with development teams and fellow architects to collaboratively define and champion best practices, design patterns, and architectures for our clients. You should have a customer-first mindset and deep knowledge of industry-standard practices and how to transform best practices into production-ready solutions. You are driven to do what it takes to have a positive impact on our customers.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data migration strategy to transition from on-prem to Azure.
  • Analyze and transform data while ensuring integrity and compatibility with current applications.
  • Understand underlying data structures and devise transformation methodologies.
  • Lead data strategy development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create architectural artifacts, technical documentation, and data models.
  • Design and maintain technical roadmaps for scalable and efficient data architecture.
  • Capture and define the target state for enterprise-wide data systems.
  • Present solutions and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications


Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Azure technologies, particularly Data Factory (ETL pipeline development) and Synapse (data warehousing and analytics).
  • Advanced proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart) for architecture visualization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and data solutions.
  • Proven ability to design and communicate complex data structures through architecture diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GIS technologies, particularly ArcGIS.
  • Background in utilities industry data architecture.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Candidates should possess a blend of technical expertise and professional acumen to excel in this role.

Additional Information


At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155K - $180K. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
