A lead Canadian provider of
high custom, innovative window coverings and closets is coming to the US! We’re looking for a sales maverick in Charleston to become the key player in building our local customer base as our Territory Sales Representative!

A Day in the Life of our Territory Sales Representative:


In this position, you’ll canvass, generate leads, and attend in-home sales appointments with residential clients and other potential partners and end users. You’ll play a key role in introducing our premium window treatment solutions to homeowners and other key clients, guiding them through the selection process, and closing deals that enhance their spaces

Our Offer:


  • This is a full time, fully-commission based, 1099 role.
  • Flexility/autonomy in schedule.
  • Projected First Year Earnings: $60-72,000.
  • We offer 10-12% commission on lucrative sales.
  • Mileage reimbursement for local travel to sales appointments.
  • Don’t split the leads, just close: As our first and only key player, all the leads go to you.
  • Get in on the ground floor and help us build a territory from scratch: We are breaking ground on our first U.S. location!
  • Room for growth and added benefits, such as health insurance, as we expand throughout the U.S. over time.

Role Responsibilities for our Territory Sales Representative:


  • Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Meet with clients in their homes or commercial spaces to assess needs and recommend tailored window treatment solutions, taking measurements and making detailed recommendations based on customer need, design scope, and your knowledge of our product catalogue.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products, from style and function to energy efficiency
  • Close sales and drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience, engaging in quoting and other processes on premises during each appointment.
  • Develop new, lasting relationships with partners and residential end users. You’ll need to generate about 30% of your total needed leads to meet KPI’s.
  • Engage with customers quarterly at key trade shows.

Qualifications for our Territory Sales Representative:


  • 3+ years as a sales generator and converter: We’re looking for a high-close-rate individual who is excited to roll out our products in the U.S.
  • Ideal candidates are prepared to brag about their sales dollars and close rates.
  • Experience with similar or translatable sales processes such as canvassing, direct sales, or in-home consultation all a plus
  • Experience selling/designing window treatments or similarly complex products
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30-50lbs throughout the day.
  • Able to travel out of state quarterly for trade shows and networking events.
