About the Job
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team. The Creative Studio is a division of Infillion focused on fostering, challenging and innovating attention advertising, and is a full service organization made of project managers, designers, strategists and producers. The Creative Studio leads creative storytelling and how to best tell a brand’s story by developing insights based on data, functionalities and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Be a liaison between Creative Studio Creative & Strategy teams and development resources.
- Learn and understand various ad products and production processes that pertain to the Creative Studio.
- Evaluate assets for standards adherence including, but not limited to Photoshop files, videos, audio and previous developed creative.
- Partner with the Account team to properly spec out engagements.
- Capture production specs and user flows to be used to develop fully executable engagements for internal and 3rd party development.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure concepts are technically feasible and properly capture all necessary details to create a production specification document.
- Ensure established production costs are known and being adhered to. Make Production leadership aware if production costs are going above expected budgets.
- Understand the Hulu submission process and provide support where applicable.
- Accountable to verify campaign setup and ensure tagging is properly implemented.
- Identify new technologies & vendors that can advance the Creative Studio capabilities.
- Support the analysis of Creative Studio products to ensure functionality types, strategies, and capabilities are consistent.
- Collaborate with other members of the Creative Studio, Account, Sales, Ad Ops & Product to developed creative and innovative attention advertising.
- Participate in clients calls & be able to intelligently speak about a concept, as well as Creative Studio and Infillion standards, processes and products.
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Web Development, or relevant work experience.
- Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS & APIs.
- Proficient knowledge of content management systems and development tools, with strong Photoshop experience and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite .
- Passion & understanding for design, including, but not limited to UI/UX, user flows, design patterns and visual language.
- Awareness of database structures, scripting languages and/or data transfer methods.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong project management skills.
- A sense of humor really helps.
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
