About the Role!
This is a React / Java position, requiring expertise in both frontend and backend development.We are seeking an experienced Senior React / Java Developer to join our dynamic and passionate team. You will play a critical role in shaping and improving our file storage application while integrating with Box, both on the backend and frontend, to create a seamless experience for our users.

What You'll Do:
Application Development
- Build and maintain cutting-edge web applications using React and related technologies.
- Develop scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend architectures.
- Maintain and enhance our file storage application, ensuring reliability and usability at its core.
Feature Development
- Design and implement features that empower businesses across industries.
- Seamlessly integrate Box into both the backend and frontend, optimizing API connections and workflows.
- Enhance the user experience with smooth interactions and intuitive designs.
User Experience Enhancement
- Solve UX challenges to create elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and cohesive UI components.
- Continuously refine and improve the file storage experience, making it seamless and efficient.
Team Collaboration
- Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Contribute to team standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience building React applications from scratch.
- 5+ years of experience with Java.
- Strong ability to design and architect backend components effectively.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React frameworks.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or React Hook Forms.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Proven track record of working with RESTful APIs and managing complex datasets.
- Experience with Box (https://box.com) is a big plus!
