– Self-awareness fuels growth—personally and as leadersTHE TEAMUnder new marketing leadership, we are transforming our go-to-market approach, with Account Based Marketing being a key pillar of our FY26 strategy.The Marketing Team is seeking an experienced ABM Manager to develop and execute our account-based marketing strategy. The ABM Manager position is fully remote, with quarterly travel for events. This role will be extremely instrumental in driving our enterprise expansion, working directly with our CMO, CRO, and their teams to create and implement targeted campaigns for key accounts.YOUR ROLE

Strategy Development & Planning


- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategy for target accounts  - Develop account selection methodology, tiering criteria, and key monitoring signals in partnership with sales - Create channel strategy and tactical marketing approaches - Integrate ABM initiatives with existing marketing programs

Program Execution


- Lead account research and insights gathering with SDR team - Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns - Develop custom content strategy and execution - Develop and optimize sales outreach sequences for different customer segments - Develop and maintain sales pitch decks and talking points - Plan and oversee virtual events and webinars - Plan and oversee executive event strategy, including (Quarterly salon-style dinner series across US locations, Executive coach-led discussions, Vendor sourcing and management) - Execute campaigns using our marketing technology stack - Coordinate with existing agency partners for content, creative, and paid media

YOU HAVE


  • Proven track record in B2B ABM strategy and execution
  • Experience targeting enterprise buyers including: CHROs and L&D leaders, Functional leaders across departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Experience designing and managing executive-level event programs
  • Demonstrated success coordinating with multiple agency partners
  • Ability to travel quarterly for executive events across US and for Torch company retreats

NICE TO HAVE


  • Experience in leadership development, coaching, HR tech, or related B2B industries
  • Experience with: Intent data platforms (e.g., Bombora), Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft), LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads
