If so, then we invite you to apply to AutoCamp to join our adventure.The Sales Development Representative for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. Through proactive sales efforts you will be responsible for lead generation for all AHG properties with a special focus on specific properties as identified and communicated by the VP of Sales.

SDR’s are 100% proactive, securing qualified leads for our Area and Enterprise sales team members. SDR’s not only prospect digitally but also via telephone and by making outside sales calls. A successful Sales Development Representative will be a self-starter with extensive experience in proactive sales and knowledge of sales within hospitality. This position will be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition to prospective clients and will have a track record of finding business, meeting and exceeding activity goals.

This position is remote/work from home and must be based in New York City. Sales Development Representatives report directly to the Corporate Dir. of Enterprise Sales. AutoCamp and Field Station are leading outdoor brands with 10 unique locations across the country, offering luxurious outdoor experiences for travelers seeking to connect with nature without sacrificing comfort. We specialize in creating exceptional, unforgettable stays in beautifully designed Airstreams, tents, and cabins, providing an experience that’s both immersive and indulgent. Essential Functions


  • Perform targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations to strategically grow overall revenues across the AutoCamp / Field Station collection.
  • Meet or exceed goals as established by sales leadership. Goals will be based on activity, account acquisition and revenue generation. 
  • Aggressively pursue new accounts/business on a regular basis by prospecting, conducting client visits and raising AutoCamp / Field Station collection of properties awareness through virtual and in person presentations.
  • Identify key accounts and build a strategic plan to expand business opportunities within those accounts. 
  • Promote awareness of AutoCamp and Field Station brands by networking as well as attending appropriate industry events. 
  • Adhere to AutoCamp/Field Station processes and procedures

Competencies


  • Track record of exceeding activity based goals 
  • Track record success within a fast paced and revenue focused sales department. 
  • Ability and desire to prospect and secure new business opportunities. 
  • Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets is a plus. 
  • A proactive sales approach and a natural drive to succeed
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Effective sales presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thoroughness and an attention to detail. 
  • Must be a MacGyver and able to find solutions when problems arise
  • Must have a passion for the great outdoors

Required Education and Experience


  • At least 3 years of hotel experience preferably high-end boutique or resort destinations
  • Multi-property sales experience 

Salary Description$38-43 per hour plus bonus and benefits
