About the Position:
We seek a talented Oracle CPQ Architeced to join our technology team in a remote

What You’ll Do:
- Projects come in different scopes and sizes, and the tech lead must evaluate the workload thoroughly. The goal is to identify the right people to work on each task. It is the tech lead’s responsibility to properly delegate workload according to one’s skill and experience.
- Technical Ownership and Workload management: Should be able to technically own the delivery for the project. Ensuring the team uses appropriate engineering practices and invests in continual improvement to tooling.
- Troubleshooting: In development, there are often unavoidable issues and roadblocks. The tech lead must collaborate with the team to identify and fix these hurdles. They must be able to fix these problems without compromising their progress with direction from the lead.
- Quality Ownership: Should be able to hold the team accountable for high quality of deliverables. Should setup/define code quality metrics for the project and make sure the team adheres to it.
- Clear Requirements: Should be able to communicate clearly with business and other technical stakeholders and get requirements clarified with 100% clarity.
- Planning: Should be able to plan the project dependencies to stay within the timeline and budget.Any escalations should be called out early in the project delivery.
- Mentorship: Should provide technical mentorship for the project and guide juniors.Willing to give constructive feedback for juniors while doing their code review.
- Recruitment: The tech lead should assist in hiring and training developers and other development roles. Should help in the interview process in terms of assessing the technical skills of the candidate. Once the candidates are hired, they should also facilitate the training and orientation to the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly (at least quarterly) provide insights and recommendations for improvements in processes and methodologies based on client feedback and project outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement culture of Object Edge

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud applications and concepts.
- Proficient in BML and BMQL code to cover complex business use-cases.
- Knowledge of the Solution Design/Technical Design, layout and configuration of the CPQ implementation and related applications.
- Should be familiar with CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation.
- Should have hands on experience in writing HLDs/LLDs.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
