We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to manage both client relationships and project execution for social media content and production with one of our leading customers utilizing the 90 Seconds platform. This role is a hybrid of Account Management and Project Management, requiring expertise in handling clients, managing timelines, and overseeing creative production from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience working with agencies, strong project and client management skills, and a deep understanding of social media content production.
Duration: 3-month contract
What You'll Love Doing
- Client & Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep clients informed on project progress, ensuring transparency and expectation management.
- Advocate for the creative vision while balancing client objectives and constraints.
- Understand the client's business, competitors, and industry trends to proactively offer insights.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring client demand aligns with available resources.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client strategy and brand objectives.
Project & Production Management:- Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, from scoping to delivery.
- Develop project timelines, manage milestones, and ensure smooth execution within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Oversee the production of video, editorial, and social content, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Assign and manage tasks across creative, editorial, and production teams.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure the strategic and creative integrity of deliverables.
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
- Act as the internal hub, coordinating between creative, production, account, and external teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow between account management, production, and clients to drive successful project completion.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in a hybrid Account & Project Management role within an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing social media content production (video, editorial, and digital campaigns).
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of content production in the APAC market.
- Confident problem-solver who can lead teams, manage expectations, and provide solutions.
- Ability to balance creative ambitions with business objectives while maintaining quality execution.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite).
